Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Combine the cold brew coffee with the cream mixture until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with coffee beans or chocolate shavings.
Notes
Whipping to soft peaks gives lift but keeps the mix smooth. Fold the coffee in slowly to maintain a creamy texture. Chilling allows the flavors to meld and firms the drink so the cocoa stays on top.
