Description

Quick and easy tropical snack bars that combine coconut, pineapple, and white chocolate for a gooey treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup rum or rum extract
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Press the crumb and butter mix into the bottom of a lined pan.
  2. Mix the sweet items—coconut, chips, and pineapple—with the condensed milk and rum.
  3. Spread this over the crust.
  4. Scatter the nuts on top.
  5. Bake until the edges are golden and the top looks set.
  6. Let cool fully in the pan before cutting.

Store in an airtight container for up to two days at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to a week.
