Description

Delicious clusters combining creamy white chocolate, tangy cranberries, and crunchy pecans, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, pour in the white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  2. Add in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, stirring to combine.
  3. Fold in dried cranberries and chopped pecans until well mixed.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow clusters to set.

Notes
