Description

A cold, creamy smoothie with white chocolate and coconut notes, perfect for winter mornings or small gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Whipped cream
  • White chocolate curls (for garnish)
  • Toasted coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate until smooth using low heat or a microwave in short bursts.
  2. In a blender, combine the banana, yogurt, milk, vanilla, melted chocolate, and coconut (put liquid in first).
  3. Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping the sides if needed.
  4. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with white chocolate and coconut.
  5. Serve immediately for the best texture and look.

Notes

Best served fresh; can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but will thin out.
