- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- Whipped cream
- White chocolate curls (for garnish)
- Toasted coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate until smooth using low heat or a microwave in short bursts.
- In a blender, combine the banana, yogurt, milk, vanilla, melted chocolate, and coconut (put liquid in first).
- Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping the sides if needed.
- Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with white chocolate and coconut.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and look.

Best served fresh; can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but will thin out.
