Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr Vegetable Mix in a large bowl. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add the well-drained spinach, finely chopped water chestnuts, and sliced green onions. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
