- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2-3 fresh garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt

Instructions
- Start by adding the pastina and chicken broth to a small pot or saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- Stir it often so the pasta doesn’t stick.
- Once the pasta is cooked to your liking and the broth is nearly gone, lower the heat.
- Add the parmesan cheese, butter, and garlic.
- Stir for a few minutes until everything is well mixed and the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- If you want it saucier, add a bit more chicken broth.
- Serve it up and enjoy!
