Instructions
- Combine the Chex cereal and chopped pistachios (if using) in a large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the pistachio nut butter until well combined.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Chex cereal and stir until all pieces are coated.
